Trained as an organic chemistry engineer (ENSCM), then a graduate of ESSEC Business School (Paris) and of the MBA programme at Thunderbird School of Global Management (USA), Florian Puchly has executed cross-border healthcare transactions for over ten years, as Vice President at Michel Dyens & Co., then as co-founder and Managing Director of Windome Banking Partners. The core: aesthetic medicine, dermatology and regenerative medicine — alongside adjacent mandates in artificial intelligence, oncology, dental, ophthalmology, hair health and biopolymers.

Before finance, the lab bench: Florian Puchly started out in research and development at GSK, working on epigenetics, and at Sanofi. He keeps from it the reflex of reading an asset through its science — mechanism, evidence, intellectual property — before reading its numbers.

This trajectory combines scientific credibility, a financial reading of transactions, and an international network of clinicians, key opinion leaders and industry executives.

Beyond transactional work, he is the author of more than ten market reports on the healthy-ageing and aesthetics ecosystem: injectables, regenerative medicine, dermocosmetics, alopecia, GLP-1s, paramedical care centres.

This conviction is not merely professional. A sports enthusiast (Hyrox pro), Florian Puchly regards sport, sleep and nutrition as the three foundational pillars of longevity and wellbeing — the ones that shape each person's metabolism, body composition, cardiovascular and mental health, and hormonal balance.

4P Life Ventures grows out of that continuity between what he advises and what he practises. Supporting founders in the sector through to the end of their project, and creating maximum value for them, is also a way of making the dream of prolonged youth accessible to more people.
